▪ TERMS AND CONDITIONS ▪Please read these before contacting me for a commission. All requests are accepted on the assumption you accepted the terms.▪ GENERAL INFORMATION ▪▪ Contact is made with Bluesky DMs, Discord or e-mail. But please contact me with something you use in a regular basis.
▪ Please have images ready of your character or an image compilation describing the characters appearance. Requests with no visual reference will most likely be ignored or rejected.
▪ I reserve my right to refuse any requests for whatever reason
▪ I own all the rights to any artwork I produce, unless and agreement is reached and the rights are paid for. Contracts must be drafted for larger entities.
▪ The artwork; unless otherwise stated and paid for; is for personal use only. If you want to monetize it in any way, shape or form; it must be stated upfront for an agreement to be made.
▪ Nothing made by me may be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFT's, cryptocurrencies or any future inventions in the space.
▪ SFW and NSFW requests are OK.
▪ The artwork is Digital Only; no physical prints will be available**▪ TIME AND PROCESS ▪ **▪ Turnaround time can take up to a few days to a few months. Depends on the backlog and availability.
▪ If you need something with urgency, please state so before payment. An urgency fee may be drafted; but in most cases it won't.
▪ If you need something by an specific date, with a hard deadline, please state so before payment.
▪ Re-posting the completed work (or usage elsewhere, if non-monetized) is allowed with visible credit.
▪ Please specify what you want with posing, clothing, etc. before payment. If not stated in full detail; I'll assume I'll have free reign on whatever is vague. Please be aware that it may cost extra depending on specifications
▪ After payment, I'll be sending a rough sketch WIP (Work in Progress). If you want any changes on the drawing; this is the ideal time to say so.
▪ After the rough sketch is approved; I'll send a cleaned up sketch for approval.
▪ After that, you will be sent only the final drawing, unless asked for more stages before.
▪ After the final drawing is sent, I won't modify it any further. Small fixes are alright, but be reasonable.
▪ Past a certain threshold, you will be charged for any further revisions.
▪ Revisions of any kind will not be allowed at all when the prompt is vague (brief text description, no image references, "full creative control", "I'll leave it to you" etc).
▪ Delivery of the full resolution file is via sta.sh. If you have a preferred service for this, please specify in the request.
▪ After delivery, please save the files and back up at your own leisure, in case of future deletion.** ▪ PAYMENT METHODS/ REFUNDS ▪ **▪ Payment is UPFRONT. I will not start work until paid.
▪ Payment is USD only. For BRL; the current USD conversion rates are used.
▪ Do not send me the money directly. I send invoices only; unless stated otherwise (such as ko-fi requests or emergency comms)
▪ Payments can be made using PayPal. If you are a Brazilian Resident and you have access to the PIX technology; payments can be made with it
▪ Payment plans for commissions that exceed $400 USD can be discussed. Anything below this threshhold must be paid in one parcel
▪ All sales are Final. No refunds will be given after the first WIP
▪ No refunds will be issued in case of injury or death of the artist or client▪ Discounts are Available for people who pledge me on Patreon on the specific Tier; provided proof.
▪ A 10% Discount is Available for commissions that include any of my original characters.
▪ A 15% Discount is Available for commissions that are composed Only of my original characters.▪ If you need further clarification in any of the points, please ask!**NOTE: The prices are per Character and Piece.
